rETAINER fEE

Embers Vine requires a “Retaining Fee” of 50% of space rental at time of booking and 50% retainer for catering services at the time of menu selection. Embers Vine confirms your date and blocks it off from any other booking for that day for venue space. “Retaining Fee” is NON REFUNDABLE. Retaining Fees are applied towards total totals. Remaining balances are due no later than 90 days prior to event for space rental and 60 days prior to event for catering unless otherwise noted in invoice or payment plan. Bookings with payments not made on due dates without prior written approval and amended in contract and/or invoice are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of “Retaining Fees” and/or any catering fees and or charges not limited to food and beverage services at the discretion of Embers Vine.

DO you offer off property Catering?

OFF-PROPERTY CATERING $7.00 per person is added to menu price. Off-Property fee of $500.00 - $2,000.00 will apply, depending on location. Your catering manager will confirm price.

can we bring in our own food and beverage?

All food and beverage must be prepared by the venue. Food cannot be brought into the venue by the patron, guests or invitees. All food and beverage is prepared to be consumed in the venue and cannot be removed after the event.

What if I don’t have at least 20 people?

If the guarantee is below the minimum number of 20 guests, a buffet surcharge applies. Final event charges attendance if the guarantee is exceeded.

Do you charge service fees or gratuity?

We Charge a 22% Service Charge and applicable taxes on all service and rentals.
